- This is the first top list appearance of Corrupt Strider; he was previously referred to as Black Strider and Nightmare Strider in his first appearance.
- According to Strider, "HumancentiPad" was so bad that it replaced both Mr. Garrison's Fancy New Vagina as the worst South Park episode and "Ren Seeks Help" as the worst cartoon episode of all time.
- "HumancentiPad" is a parody of the 2009 Dutch horror film, The Human Centipede, which Strider refused to mention by its name or show any images and footage of the film because he didn't want to draw attention to it, which confirms he hates the film and doesn't like talking about it.
- While discussing the infamous Indiana Jones scene in "The China Probrem", he admitted to liking Indiana Jones and the Crystal Skull, even though the film is known for having a rather mixed reception. In response, he gets pelted with tomatoes.
- Robyn from "Anime America" makes a couple of cameo appearances in the video.
