Rocky & Bullwinkle: The Movie is a 2000 American live-action animated adventure comedy film directed by Des McAnuff and produced by Universal Pictures, loosely based on the television cartoon of the same name by Jay Ward.
While the movie is known for having both poor critical and financial reception, PhantomStrider adores the films for being funny and wonderfully self-deprecating. He also finds the characters likable and the plot well-structured.
