Samurai Jack is an American animated television series created by Genndy Tartakovsky for Cartoon Network. The series follow the titular Samurai, called Jack, who trained for years to fight Aku, only to be sent to the future by Aku right when Jack was about to finish him off. Now in a future where Aku ruled, Jack fights with his legendary sword in his path to defeat Aku and get back to his time, meeting many enemies, along with many friends and allies along the way.

While the series was originally canceled on September 25, 2004, Adult Swim later revived the series for a fifth and final season in 2017. In the fifth season, all time portals were destroyed and 50 years have past. Now, Jack is trying desperately to survive since he lost his sword. After killing most of the daughters of Aku, he spares the last one named Ashi, in hopes of showing her the true nature of Aku. Due to her curiosity, Ashi eventually came around and they both helped each other out of their shadows, and Jack eventually got his sword back. Then they both became best friends and allies, getting back on the path to defeating Aku once and for all, while also starting to fall in love with each other at the same time.

Strider adores this show, as he likes the colorful settings, clever and funny humor, amazing action scenes, and likable characters. He also likes the 5th and final season, as it’s breathtaking with some of the funny humor still there, but with more beautiful animation, using violence and gore artistically, beautifully and creatively, while not going overboard with it, and also the amazing soundtrack, new colorful settings, amazing action scenes, and a great continuation of the story where Jack conquers his own personal demons and gets his sword back with the help of Ashi, a girl he helps along the way. He still likes the characters, being as charming as they always were, and adores the new character Ashi, being a perfect ally and romantic partner for Jack, and likes the series concluding greatly with Jack and Ashi going back in time and defeating Aku once and for all.
